fMRI/phMRI Brain Analysis Tools are designed to analyze a wide variety of dynamic MRI data using standard pre-processing techniques (for brain segmentation, motion correction, spatial smoothing, spatial normalization, bandpass filter and atlas registration) with a General Linear Model (GLM) regression analysis also available to generate statistical brain maps and percent change in sBOLD at region- and voxel-level.
