The Pharmacokinetic (PK) Modeling Tool is used to analyze the concentration of a tracer molecule in a specific target tissue by allowing the user to take advantage of the 3D ROI tool for region- and voxel-level analysis across various compartmental models including: Two Tissue Compartment Model (2TCM), one tissue compartment model (1TCM), Logan graphical method, Logan reference graphical method, Shuttle Radar Topography Mission Version 2 (SRTM2) and the Patlak plot.
