Invicro, LLC, Imaging leader and global clinical research company (“the Applicant”), is filing a Certificate of Need application pursuant to Section 19a-638 of the Connecticut General Statues for the replacement of our current end of life PET scanner (Siemens ECAT HR+) for a New (1) uMI 550 Digital PET/CT scanner to be used for clinical research studies. The imaging equipment will be located at 60 Temple Street, 8th Floor, New Haven, CT 06510 and will be used exclusively for clinical research purposes including coverage of Oncology, Cardiology, Inflammatory and Neurology. The Imaging Equipment will not be used for the provision of any medical services. The total capital venture in connection with this replacement of current equipment will be approximately $1,320,602.10.
