Imanova as selected the national charity, the Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) as their Charity of the Year 2017.
Kevin Cox, Imanova’s Chief Executive Officer commented, “Imanova is delighted to support the Down’s Syndrome Association as our Charity of the Year. We are committed to helping the community, therefore, each year we organise and participate in several events; like charity runs, bake-offs, International Food Day to raise money to support an institution.
This year’s choice was based on the fantastic work the DSA has done to support individuals with Down’s Syndrome and their families and in educating society, healthcare and education professionals.”
Imanova was established in 2011 and was formed in an innovative alliance between the UK’s Medical Research Council, Imperial College London, King’s College London and University College London. Imanova is a world-leading expert in imaging sciences and their application to the understanding of disease and translational drug development.

The DSA is the only charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, focusing solely on all aspects of living successfully with Down’s syndrome. The charity aims to help people with Down’s syndrome live full and rewarding lives.
